If you are thinking of selling your home or you are in the process of buying a home, a written home inspection can answer many of your questions and concerns. I provide a written, easy to understand report that is meant to identify deficiencies and safety hazards.
If you have been in your house a while or are a recent home owner and would like to know what areas may be deficient, then a Maintenance Inspection is a great idea for your existing home. I can advise and identify what areas may need attention where the home owner should budget funds for future replacement before they become costly problems.
I am trained by the International Association of Indoor Air Consultants I.D.#IAC2-11-5066 to inspect for mold. I can consult on mold and visually identify it in most cases. If lab tests are required I can refer you to someone to perform these tests.

The on-site waste disposal system inspection is designed to provide the client with information about the condition of their septic system. This is a visual inspection of the septic tank and the leaching system.
If you heading down to the warmer climates for winter, I will do a limited inspection that will review the main systems of your home. I recommend that initially you have a full written inspection done, then do the limited inspection annually. Cost is minimal.
